Skewed is theworld in its current state. It starts from the moment you wake up, open your eyes and see everyting in your room rotating around you! Your suitcases piling up on the wardrobe reminding you everyday that you should probbly pack up and go somewhere, but you don’t. They become heavy with dust and with wasted time. You resign to your thoughts being a mix of dreams and hope. You go about your day, return to sleep and repeat this the next day. This same skewed view of my room was the source of inspiration for the painting and the painting from which this this giclée print was derived. I painted it usig a dabbing technique instead of the usual brush work. That worked better to convey my dreamy thoughts and blend the light and shade in a way that for me served the story.
This giclée Print measures around 20×30 cm on a 30×40 cm paper, leaving space for a mounting board should you decide to frame it.
