Return Policy
This policy constitutes the terms and conditions governing all returns, and by making a purchase, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not, in our sole discretion, comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
Customers can return purchased artwork or prints within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.
Please ensure that you keep a proof of purchase and the unused item and original packaging.
Accepted Refunds:
If the artwork or print arrives damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. Send an email to contact@bassamandari.art describing the issue and include your name and order number as well as a photo or two of the damage.
We will discuss the return arrangements with you and after we’ve received the artwork or print, within 14 days from receipt of the item as stated above. If after inspection we believe that the conditions are met, we will aim to refund the full purchase price of the returned items within 10 days of receiving it.
If you wish you can choose to exchange or replace the returned item with another of similar value.
Please note that an original artwork cannot be replaced. If you need to exchange it for another original, contact the artist at contact@bassamandari.art
Condition of returned items:
Artworks or prints must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Please ensure the returned item is not lost or damaged in transit by choosing a signed-for tracked delivery service.
We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post-delivery.
Refunding postage costs:
The customer bears the cost of returning the artwork/print if the delivered item is not damaged.
The artists will refund shipping costs for damaged artwork or print from outside the UK up to the value the customer paid at the time of purchase. anything over this will have to be paid by the customer. The artist will not refund custom charges.
To cancel an order:
If you choose to cancel an order, please send a cancellation request to contact@bassamandari.art within 24 hours of purchase.
If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described in this policy.
Non-returnable Items:
Commissioned artwork, personalized artwork, or items that are not in a resalable condition may not be entitled to a refund.
To recap:
- Keep your receipt or order confirmation to facilitate the return process.
- Keep the original packaging.
- Notify the artist within 24 hours if you wish to return an item stating reasons and posting photo if damage was the reason.
- Once return and refund is discussed you’ll receive notification of the return process.
- Make sure artwork/print are returned as received, securely packed in their original condition.
- Use signed-for tracked delivery service to return the items.
- As soon as the artist receives the returned goods and conditions are met arrangements will be made for refund, exchange or replacement.
